About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and career-driven candidates to join our International Voice Process team for the UK Process. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls from international clients
• Resolve customer queries and issues professionally and efficiently
• Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer concerns
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Record customer interactions and update details accurately
• Escalate unresolved queries to the concerned department when required
• Ensure smooth communication and positive customer experience during every interaction

Requirements:

• Fresher candidates are eligible
• Experience Candidate with Minimum 1 Year in Customer Support.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and fluent English
• Comfortable working in UK Shift environment
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow
• Flexible to work with rotational week offs
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred
