UK voice process - Night shift

Shift Timings (IST):

• 10:30 PM – 7:30 AM / 9:30 PM – 6:30 AM (IST) - UK evening shift

Working Days: Monday to Friday + 2 Saturdays per month (based on shift allocation).

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced UK Voice Support Executive to handle customer enquiries for our UK-based property management operations. The role involves 70% customer support (international voice) and 30% administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from UK customers professionally.
• Respond to customer enquiries, complaints and service requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain call records, trackers and follow up on pending requests.
• Handle emails, documentation and routine administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a UK customer support voice process (2 years preferred).
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
• Willingness to work night shifts and allocated Saturdays.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
