Ultrasonographer

The Ultrasonographer performs high-quality, age-specific ultrasound imaging to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating a variety of medical conditions. This is a generalist role with a diverse scope of practice, including General, OB/GYN, Vascular, and potential breast imaging procedures.

This position requires strong communication skills, a collaborative approach, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care, safety, and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations across multiple specialties
• Produce accurate, high-quality images for physician interpretation
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and understanding throughout procedures
• Collaborate with providers and healthcare team members
• Maintain equipment and adhere to quality and safety standards

Qualifications:

Education:

• Graduate of an approved Medical Sonography program required

Certifications:

• ARDMS certification required
• Registries in Abdomen (ABD) and OB/GYN required
• RVT (Vascular Technology) certification preferred/required
• Current CPR certification required
