General Summary: Preform Gynecologic**,** Breast**,** Obstetric Ultrasounds

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Review orders (procedure code diagnosis code, date ordered) complete order.

Review consent.

Review chart for history and current systems.

Communicate with patient process of (position/procedure).

Document exam in Nextgen.

Enter measurements into obstetric computer for growth report for obstetric patients.

Communicate with provider regarding any urgent issues that my need immediate attention.

Document in Penrad for radiologist to rad breast u/,.s

Clean probes and bed after ever patient.

Follow Infection Control policies.

Education: Graduated from AMA Approved school of Sonography.

Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMA).

Experience: Imaging for 1 year (*Preferred) *…

Performance Requirements:

Knowledge:

Knowledge of medical terminology/anatomy/ female reproductive system.

Knowledge of procedure codes, diagnosis codes.

Knowledge of Infection Control policies.

Skills:

Skill of positioning/ adjusting transducer to capture imaging.

Abilities:

Ability to adjust to schedule changes.

Ability to multi-task.

* Willing to train for mammography for additional hours if you have an x-ray license.

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 per week
