Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer

Job Summary Provides professional obstetrical ultrasound services within the Regional Perinatal Center. Specifically, performs patient ultrasound testing related to prenatal screening and diagnosis based on the patient's plan of care. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications Graduate of a certified ultrasound program. RDMS certification required. Current CPR-BLS certification required by time of appointment.

• New graduates who are not currently RDMS certified will be required to become certified within 1 year of appointment. Candidates with 1 year or more ultrasound sonographer experience will be considered for appointment to a higher level at a commensurate salary.

Preferred Qualifications High risk obstetric ultrasound experience preferred. Experience with GE Volusion equipment and EPIC EMR a plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.

Work Days Monday-Friday Days.
