Position: Uluslararası Muhasebe Yöneticisi

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Executive to be responsible for the end-to-end management of all accounting processes across our UK and Iraq operations at ebebek. This role covers a broad scope of responsibility, from maintaining day-to-day accounting records to ensuring compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements, from managing customer/supplier reconciliations to handling relationships with external consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of professional accounting experience
• Preferably experience in large-scale, multinational organizations
• Proficient in the SAP Accounting System and capable of using it effectively
• Strong knowledge of accounting regulations and the Uniform Chart of Accounts
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in English is required
• Team-oriented, with strong communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Managing all accounting processes for UK and Iraq operations end-to-end, in accordance with the Uniform Chart of Accounts and accounting principles
• Entering and controlling accounting records in accordance with the chart of accounts
• Preparing and following up on finance/accounting files
• Managing customer and supplier reconciliations with both group companies and external suppliers
• Following up on day-to-day accounting activities
• Supporting the preparation of monthly VAT declarations in accordance with applicable legislation, ensuring accurate and timely submission
• Leading and completing accounting digitalization processes
• Managing relationships with external consultants in foreign countries
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements in relevant countries
• Supporting monthly and annual closing processes, including depreciation, valuation, accruals, and trial balance controls
• Preparing and coordinating payment lists
