Umami Way – Braselton, GA

Umami Way is looking for friendly, dependable, and energetic Servers to join our team in Braselton.

We are looking for team members who provide excellent hospitality, communicate well with guests and coworkers, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, professional service
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Learn our menu and confidently answer guest questions
• Make menu recommendations and provide attentive table service
• Deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently
• Check on guests throughout their dining experience
• Process payments accurately
• Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas
• Follow all restaurant sanitation, food safety, and alcohol service policies
• Work closely with hosts, kitchen staff, bartenders, and other servers
• Help create a welcoming experience that encourages guests to return

Qualifications

• Restaurant serving experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
• Friendly and professional attitude
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Must be available for some evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must meet all legal requirements for serving alcoholic beverages when applicable
