Umbraco Developer & Support

About the Role

We are looking for an Umbraco Developer & Support professional to maintain, enhance, and support our company's digital presence. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Product Manager, business teams, Communications, Design, and Digital colleagues to deliver secure, reliable, and impactful web solutions.

If you have strong experience in Umbraco, C#/.NET, ASP.NET, SQL, and web development, this is an opportunity to work on meaningful digital solutions and integrations within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, support, and enhance web-based solutions and CMS platforms, primarily using Umbraco Cloud
• Develop and implement front-end changes in collaboration with Communications, Design, and development teams
• Guide and support internal publishers in following CMS best practices
• Integrate web solutions with internal corporate systems while ensuring security, reliability, and performance
• Integrate and customize third-party modules and applications
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective functional and technical solutions
• Support the integration of the website with the organisation's diagnostics technology platform
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues affecting web applications and CMS functionality
• Manage multiple projects, tasks, and priorities while meeting deadlines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Share knowledge and support the development of other team members

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Umbraco development experience
• Strong experience working in a B2C environment
• Solid experience with C#, .NET, and ASP.NET
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases
• Experience with MVC and REST APIs
• Experience developing and supporting web-based applications and CMS platforms
• Experience with integration and customization of third-party modules
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisation, time management, and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Willingness to learn and share knowledge with other team members

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Umbraco Cloud
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps
• Experience with Git/version control
• Experience integrating websites with internal and external systems
