Established in 1914, the Museum stewards an encyclopedic collection of more than 22,000 objects representing 5,000 years of human creativity across the globe. Ensure guests understand and follow museum rules to protect the UMFA’s collection.

Emergency Response and Support: Assist the Fire Department and First Responders during emergencies by unlocking buildings for entry, helping with crowd control, applying first-aid, and contacting University Police when necessary.

Customer Service and Community Support: Work closely with other front of house teams, management, and the public to ensure a secure, friendly, and welcoming experience for all visitors to UMFA, fostering a collaborative and positive atmosphere.
