Umrah and Hajj Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Air Ticketing & Reservation Officer to manage domestic and international flight bookings, Hajj & Umrah travel arrangements, hotel reservations, visa guidance, and holiday packages. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate travel solutions, handling customer inquiries, coordinating travel services, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The role requires strong knowledge of GDS systems, airline ticketing, travel documentation, and Hajj & Umrah operations, along with the ability to achieve sales targets while maintaining high service standards.

• Handle domestic and international air ticket reservations, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds.
• Book and sell hotels, holiday packages, and customized travel itineraries.
• Plan, organize, and manage Hajj & Umrah packages for individuals and groups.
• Provide accurate guidance regarding visa processing, travel documentation, and entry requirements.
• Coordinate flights, accommodation, transportation, and Ziyarat arrangements.
• Assist pilgrims with travel preparation and provide guidance on Hajj & Umrah procedures.
• Manage group bookings and ensure smooth travel operations.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and ground handling partners.
• Respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotations, confirm reservations, and provide after-sales support.
• Ensure compliance with airline policies, Saudi regulations, and travel industry standards.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate booking records and prepare required reports.
• Achieve sales targets for air tickets, hotels, and travel packages.

Pay: Up to Rs50,000.00 per month
