What they need
We are looking for an experienced Umrah Consultant to join our team and assist clients in planning and booking their Umrah journeys.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in the Umrah/Travel & Tourism industry
Strong knowledge of Umrah packages, visa requirements, flights, hotels, and transportation
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to handle client inquiries and provide suitable travel solutions
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good command of English and Urdu
Key Responsibilities
Handle Umrah-related inquiries and client consultations
Recommend suitable Umrah packages according to client requirements
Coordinate visa processing, flights, hotels, and transportation
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients
Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience
Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers for bookings and arrangements
