Umrah Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Umrah Manager to manage Umrah sales, vendor relationships, profitability, visa processing, and operational arrangements. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Umrah market and excellent understanding of Makkah, Madinah, hotels, and transportation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Umrah sales and operations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Umrah vendors and suppliers.
• Manage Umrah sales, pricing, revenue, and profit margins.
• Develop competitive Umrah packages based on market demand.
• Handle and monitor Umrah visa processing, documentation, and related requirements.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and other Umrah service vendors.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Makkah and Madinah hotels, including locations, rates, availability, and services.
• Manage transport arrangements for Umrah pilgrims, including airport transfers and Makkah–Madinah transportation.
• Monitor market rates, competitor offerings, and current Umrah market trends.
• Ensure smooth coordination between customers, vendors, hotels, transport companies, and internal teams.
• Resolve operational issues quickly and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor Umrah sales targets and ensure profitability.
• Prepare regular sales and operational reports for management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the Umrah/travel industry.
• Strong and practical Umrah market experience.
• Established relationships and working experience with Umrah vendors.
• Experience managing Umrah sales and profit margins.
• Hands-on experience with Umrah visa processing.
• Strong knowledge of Makkah and Madinah.
• Good knowledge of hotels, accommodation options, and transportation in Makkah and Madinah.
• Strong negotiation, communication, vendor-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple Umrah operations efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
