Full job description

We are seeking experienced and motivated Umrah Seller Agents / Umrah Travel Agents to join our on-site team in Lahore. You will be responsible for managing inbound leads from USA-based clients, guiding them through Umrah packages, and closing sales efficiently. This is a dynamic role best suited for individuals with prior experience in the religious travel sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and other digital platforms from clients in the USA.
• Convert leads into successful Umrah package bookings.
• Provide clear, detailed information on packages, visa processes, travel itineraries, and accommodations.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the booking and travel process.
• Collaborate with operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth processing.
• Maintain follow-ups with potential and existing clients to build long-term relationships.
• Stay updated on airline schedules, visa requirements, and changes in Saudi travel guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Umrah sales or religious travel booking (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written); familiarity with American clients is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of Umrah procedures, package structuring, and Saudi travel guidelines.
• Ability to manage CRM tools or other sales platforms efficiently.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Must be available to work on-site at our Johar Town, Lahore office.
