Unarmed Retail Security Officer

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.

Duties

• Greet customers, and be a presence to deter theft.
• Enforce laws on the property and detain violators, as necessary.
• Manage conflicts effectively and professionally.
• Implement loss prevention strategies.

Required Skills

• Background in security.
• Strong conflict management skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Certificate in security-related field.
• Knowledge of loss prevention strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour
