Duties

• Monitor and control access to the facility for employees, visitors, and contractors using CCTV systems and manual checks
• Conduct regular surveillance patrols around the premises to identify potential security risks or breaches
• Respond promptly and effectively to incidents or emergencies, including medical situations requiring first aid or CPR if necessary
• Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks for reporting purposes
• Enforce security policies by managing conflicts professionally and de-escalating tense situations
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during critical incidents or investigations
• Perform loss prevention duties by observing suspicious activity and preventing theft or vandalism

Experience

• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable
• Knowledge of surveillance technology such as CCTV systems and alarm monitoring tools
• Certification in first aid, CPR, and conflict management preferred; training provided if necessary
• Familiarity with loss prevention techniques and security protocols
• Ability to remain alert during long shifts while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times

Must have high school diploma or GED.
