Unarmed Security Guard

E&E Athletics, LLC is looking for professional and dependable Event Security Contractors for upcoming youth, high school, and adult sporting events throughout the Chicagoland South Suburbs and Northwest Indiana.

Pay: 25-30/hour

Requirements:

• Valid PERC Card required
• Professional and dependable
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working around athletes, coaches, parents, officials, and spectators
• Able to help maintain a safe and respectful event environment
• Weekend availability preferred
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities may include:

• Entrance and access monitoring
• Crowd and spectator management
• Maintaining restricted areas
• De-escalating conflicts when appropriate
• Supporting E&E Athletics staff with event safety procedures
• Monitoring the facility throughout the event

This is event-based independent contractor work, with opportunities for additional assignments as E&E Athletics expands its tournament schedule.
