CR Security Solutions, LLC – Now Hiring Unarmed Security Officers

Indianapolis, Indiana | 1st (6 am-2 pm) and 3rd Shift (10 pm-6 am) Monday-Friday

CR Security Solutions, LLC is seeking dependable full-time and part-time unarmed security officers to join our professional team in the Indianapolis area. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in protecting people and property—perfect for retirees looking for meaningful, steady work.

Our officers play a critical role in ensuring the interior and exterior security of all buildings on campus.

Training Provided

All security team members will receive professional instruction in:

• CPR/AED
• De-escalation
• Criminal Law

Compensation

• $14.00–$16.00 per hour
• Paid weekly

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Able to pass a comprehensive background check
• Drug-free and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude
• Reliable transportation
• A working phone where you can be reached
• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
• 1 year of security experience (Preferred)
• 1 year of customer service experience (Preferred)
• Valid driver’s license

Schedule

• 8 hour shifts
• In-person work environment
