Duties

• Monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV cameras to detect suspicious activity and ensure property security.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility, including interior and exterior areas, to identify potential security breaches or hazards.
• Control access points using advanced access control systems, verifying identities and authorizations for all personnel and visitors.
• Respond promptly to emergencies by following established procedures, including administering first aid or CPR when necessary.
• Write detailed incident reports documenting any security concerns, disturbances, or safety incidents with clarity and accuracy.
• Perform background checks on new personnel or vendors as required to maintain compliance with security protocols.
• Manage conflict de-escalation techniques effectively to resolve disputes peacefully while maintaining safety.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of surveillance technology, CCTV operation, and access control systems.
• Certification in first aid, CPR, AED operation, and Taser use preferred; training provided if necessary.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting when required for equipment or incident response.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to write comprehensive incident reports clearly and professionally.
• Familiarity with emergency response procedures and fire safety protocols.
• Demonstrated conflict management skills with a focus on de-escalation and customer service excellence.
• Physical fitness to perform patrolling duties and respond swiftly in emergency situations.
