QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have taken the recent Bar Examination
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to organize, analyze, cross-check, and validate information for accuracy and compliance
- Knowledgeable in substantive legal concepts, legal research, and legal terminology
- Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office, and equivalent software such as Google Drive and related productivity tools
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and jurisprudence
- Draft pleadings, legal documents, contracts, and legal opinions
- Assist with documentation and coordinate with lawyers
- Prepare letters, correspondence, articles, and reports
- Monitor compliance (legal, corporate, administrative) and manage deficiency requirements
- Perform other tasks as may be relevant and necessary
