About the Role

As an Underground Grader Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining safe, high‑quality underground roadways to ensure smooth haulage and efficient mine operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating underground graders to maintain decline and level conditions
• Working closely with the mining and haulage teams to prioritise areas
• Conducting pre‑starts, reporting defects, and ensuring equipment is maintained
• Upholding Westgold’s strong safety standards and site procedures

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience operating underground graders in a mining environment
• Valid C‑Class Driver’s Licence (HR desirable)
• Strong safety focus and ability to work effectively in a team
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical and drug/alcohol screening
• Experience in hard‑rock underground mines (highly regarded)
