Underground Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Underground Supervisor to join our growing team operating in the Goldfields region of Western Australia. You'll oversee a 3-man crew (inclusive of Supervisor) delivering various underground works, including GSM, AGA, and underground infrastructure installations.
You'll be working a 2:1 roster on 12-hour shifts, flying ex-Perth, with a competitive hourly rate plus underground allowance that reflects your skills and experience.

• $80.00 per hour + $5.00 per hour underground allowance

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a 3-man crew (inclusive of Supervisor) across various underground works, including GSM, AGA, and underground infrastructure installations
• Interpret and work from engineering drawings and specifications
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards
• Lead toolbox talks and pre-start meetings
• Work collaboratively with site teams and management

Essential Requirements:

• S26 (must have)
• Manual Driver's Licence (C Class)
• Working at Heights certification
• Clean National Police Clearance (NPC)
• Australian Recognised Trade
• Proven underground mining experience in a supervisory capacity
• Strong commitment to safety and site compliance

Desirable Qualifications:

• Manual MR (Medium Rigid) Driver's Licence
• Integrated Tool Carrier (ITC) Ticket
• High Risk Work Licence (HRWL) in any of the following:
  • CN
  • RB
  • DG
  • WP
