• Equal time roster (7/7) rotating Dayshift/Nightshift
• Accommodation and meals provided

Payrates - showing flat rate equivalent below. Employee contracts are hourly rate plus penalties, plus bonuses

• Crew Supervisor (12.5h) - $99.71p/h + Super
• Supervisor (12.5h) - $94.97 + Super
• Operator (12h) - $82.56p/h + Super

About The Role:

Since 2014 Jennchem Australia has been at the forefront of surface to underground installation of Pumpable Cribs, Ventilation Seals and various Backfilling Operations including Pre-Driven Recovery Roads.

Our operations personnel range from Inexperienced Operators right through to Project Management and we are focused on their skill development and providing progression within the business.

Jennchem Australia is seeking new recruits to assist in a new 3 year ventilation contract, recently won at Aquila Mine

Applicants must have the following:

• Current Standard 11 Statement of Attainment
• Current QLD Coal Board Medical
• Current Drivers Licence
• Operator experience in underground coal
• G1-G8-G9 & G2 (Supervisors)

Applicants considered favourable with experience in the following:

• Installation of Ventilation Control Devices
• Installation of Pumpable Cribs
• Installation of Secondary Support
• Backfilling Operations
