ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assess and price risk using company underwriting guidelines and your own decision-making authority.
• Analyze applications, inspection reports, and claims history to make informed underwriting decisions.
• Track and manage workflows to ensure deadlines and service standards are met.
• Build and grow strong client relationships in efforts to become their first call.
• Communicate product updates and underwriting strategies to clients.
• Drive execution on new business, renewals and endorsements.
• Communicate with clients to gather detailed risk information while reinforcing Gridiron’s underwriting appetite and value proposition.
• Proactively identify and capitalize on cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) from an accredited university.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A collaborative mindset that allows you to thrive in a team-driven, high-performance environment.
• Insurance experience is a plus, but we’re open to motivated candidates eager to learn and grow.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
