Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough credit analysis and appraisal of commercial borrowers to determine their creditworthiness.
- Evaluate financial statements, industry trends, and other relevant data to assess borrower's risk profile.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop comprehensive underwriting guidelines and policies.
- Monitor portfolio performance, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Job Requirements :
- 2-8 years of experience in commercial lending or related field (credit underwriting).
- Strong understanding of term loan products and ability to analyze complex financial data.
- Proficiency in evaluating business plans, cash flow projections, and other key performance indicators.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA preferred.
