- MGA Launch Execution: Serve as a hands-on underwriting assistant during early-stage MGA launches, executing submission clearance, rating, quoting, binding, invoicing, and policy issuance.
- Operational Alignment: Train, align, and monitor underwriting assistants across business units to ensure efficiency and standard process adherence.
- Data Quality Control: Oversee outsourced data-entry providers and audit policy administration system data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Delegated Authority & Compliance
- Reporting & Regulatory: Maintain full compliance with Lloyd’s Cover holder Reporting Standards and U.S. state regulatory requirements.
- Audits & Due Diligence: Facilitate delegated authority audits, due diligence reviews, and quality assurance processes.

- Bordereaux, Data & Systems
- Bordereaux Management: Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to produce accurate bordereaux submissions and preserve data integrity.
- Process & Tool Optimization: Assist in system enhancements, workflow automation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and data validation routines.
- Broker & Market Engagement
- Broker Onboarding: Manage producer agreements, broker onboarding workflows, and ongoing relationship maintenance.
- Broker Operations & Reporting: Serve as the primary contact for operational inquiries, ensure broker master data accuracy, and compile required performance reporting.
- Financial Operations & Premium Accounting
- Cash & Account Administration: Support cash management, collateral tracking, trust account administration, and banking coordination with internal and external partners.
- Reconciliation & Billing: Monitor premium billing cycles, reconcile cash within the policy administration system, and maintain compliant collateral accounts.
- Claims & Cross-Functional Operations
- Workflow Support: Assist with claims reporting and oversight workflows.
- Process Documentation: Map current state processes and design scalable, standardized operating procedures (SOPs).
- Leadership Dashboards: Prepare operational metrics, performance reporting, and presentations for senior executive leadership.
