Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) Engineer to manage, secure, and maintain company devices across Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Android platforms. The ideal candidate has experience with Microsoft Intune, endpoint security, application deployment, automation, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain endpoint devices, configurations, security policies, and compliance standards.
• Administer Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Windows Group Policy.
• Handle device enrollment, provisioning, software deployment, monitoring, reassignment, and decommissioning.
• Package, deploy, update, and troubleshoot applications across supported endpoint platforms.
• Monitor device health, compliance, security status, and endpoint performance using UEM/RMM tools such as Intune or Kaseya.
• Configure endpoint security controls, including Microsoft Defender, BitLocker, Windows Firewall, antivirus/EDR, and security baselines.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation to streamline endpoint administration and issue remediation.
• Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support and resolve endpoint management issues.
• Maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and endpoint configuration records.
• Follow ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in endpoint management, desktop engineering, or systems administration.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Knowledge of endpoint security, device compliance, application packaging, and deployment.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and endpoint automation.
• Familiarity with remote monitoring and management tools such as Kaseya is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with IT and Information Security teams.

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
