Responsibilities:

• Take charge of all activities on both Laundry and Uniform & Linen
• Handle guest enquiries/requests/complaints related to Laundry
• Maintain standard of all linen requirements and stock replenishment according to Budget
• Assess the priority needs for replacement of wear and tears in Uniform and linen within the hotel
• Liaise with Contractor on delivery and collection of all in house linen
• Record keeping, filing of all purchase items and specification
• Prepare monthly Laundry Productivity report and expenses report
• Prepare Quarterly Guest Room and F&B Linen Inventory report
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the superiors

Requirements:

• Form 5 standard or above, with relevant trainings in Housekeeping department
• Able to follow linen and uniforms specifications or source for alternative replacement is preferred
• Able to identify type of linen and terminology and uniform style is also preferred
• Computer literate
• Fair in spoken English and/or other languages
