Job Summary

The E-commerce & Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day
operational performance of the business across direct-to-consumer (DTC/V2C),
wholesale, inventory management, supply chain, and customer fulfillment. This role serves as a key cross-functional leader, ensuring seamless execution from product planning through customer delivery while driving operational efficiency, profitability, and an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing
multiple priorities within a fast-paced consumer goods or retail environment. This position works closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, Distribution, and external business partners to support company growth initiatives and operational excellence.
