Unit Cleaner - Full-Time

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Timeshare Unit Cleaner (Housekeeper) to help prepare resort units for arriving and in-house guests. This position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest accommodations according to established housekeeping and quality standards.

What You'll Do:

• Clean and prepare guest units, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, lanais, and entryways.
• Make beds, change linens and towels, restock amenities, and remove trash.
• Vacuum, dust, sweep, mop, sanitize, and polish surfaces throughout assigned units.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen appliances, countertops, sinks, cabinets, refrigerators, and dishwashers.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, tubs, showers, mirrors, vanities, and floors.
• Inspect units for cleanliness, missing items, damage, and maintenance concerns and report issues to the supervisor.
• Check unit inventory and replace or report missing or damaged items.
• Safely operate vacuums and other housekeeping equipment while following proper cleaning and chemical-safety procedures.
• Keep housekeeping carts and supplies clean, organized, and ready for daily assignments.
• Secure units after cleaning and accurately update room status and assignment records.
• Respond professionally and courteously to guest requests.
• Work cooperatively with housekeeping team members and other resort staff.
• Perform deep-cleaning projects and ready-unit inspections as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Previous housekeeping, hotel, resort, or professional cleaning experience is preferred. Willing to train newcomers.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Good customer service and teamwork skills.
• Reliable and dependable, with the ability to work independently.
• Flexible availability, including the resort's major check-in days, Friday through Sunday, and holidays.
• Ability to reliably commute to the work location on Kauai is required.
