Responsibilities:

• Greet patients, families, and visitors, and answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, charts, and reports
• Assist with scheduling appointments, tests, and procedures
• Coordinate communications between healthcare providers, patients, and families
• Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient care and satisfaction

Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Unit Clerk preferred
• Full-time position, Monday - Friday
