About the role

A Unit Head develops not only personal production but also a team of Financial Advisors through recruitment, training, coaching, mentoring, and leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and develop potential Financial Advisors
• Build and manage a productive team
• Coach and mentor advisors toward their individual and team goals
• Conduct regular meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
• Support advisors in prospecting and client development
• Promote professionalism, ethical practices, and quality client service
• Help develop future leaders within the team
• Participate in company training and leadership development programs
• Work toward agreed business and team performance objectives
• Comply with applicable AXA policies, regulatory standards, and licensing requirements
