Position: Unit Head
Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Industry: Commercial / Industrial Laundry
Experience: 5–10 years in laundry operations, preferably with experience handling a complete laundry unit

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Unit Head to manage and oversee the complete operations of our laundry unit in Raipur. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production, manpower management, quality standards, client satisfaction, and overall unit performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the laundry unit.
• Plan and monitor production, washing, drying, ironing, finishing, and dispatch activities.
• Ensure proper manpower planning, attendance, discipline, and productivity.
• Monitor laundry quality standards and minimize rewash, rejection, damage, and loss.
• Ensure timely processing and delivery of customer/client orders.
• Handle client coordination and complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive maintenance and breakdowns of laundry equipment.
• Monitor chemical, water, electricity, linen, and other operational consumption.
• Control operational costs and minimize wastage.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, grooming, and company SOPs.
• Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly MIS and operational reports.
• Train and guide supervisors and operational staff.
• Coordinate with HR for recruitment, onboarding, attendance, performance, and disciplinary matters.
• Ensure the unit achieves production, quality, delivery, and profitability targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Diploma preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in commercial/industrial laundry operations.
• Strong knowledge of laundry processes, machines, chemicals, quality control, and manpower management.
• Good leadership and team-handling skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational activities.

Salary: As per experience and company standards.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
