Unit Head – Hospital Operations & Business Development

Location: Kozhikode, Kerala

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Unit Head to lead hospital operations, P&L, business development, and overall unit performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day hospital operations and team management.
• Own P&L, revenue, EBITDA, and cost optimization.
• Drive business growth, referrals, and patient volumes.
• Monitor KPIs, MIS, and operational performance.
• Lead hospital commissioning and new department/service launches.
• Manage manpower planning, recruitment, and resource optimization.
• Coordinate with Insurance/TPA teams and prevent revenue leakage.
• Drive NABH quality standards and patient experience improvement.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Strong experience in hospital operations and unit management.
• Experience in multi-specialty/tertiary care hospitals preferred.
• Strong leadership, P&L management, business development, and team-handling skills.
