Unit Head

Skyline International Tourism & Hospitality Ltd (SITH) is seeking a proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven Unit Head to support the effective management of restaurant operations. The successful candidate will work closely with the Restaurant General Manager to drive sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and employee performance while ensuring strict adherence to company policies and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant shifts and ensure smooth, efficient operations.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and achievement of business performance targets.
• Monitor team performance and ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Lead, motivate, and develop team members to achieve operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, food service standards, and operational guidelines.
• Monitor expenses, control costs, and contribute to effective budget management.
• Prepare and submit accurate daily and monthly operational reports.
• Support the Restaurant General Manager in implementing business plans and operational improvements.
• Identify operational challenges and recommend practical solutions.
• Maintain effective communication with team members, suppliers, customers, and other departments.
• Address employee performance and disciplinary matters in consultation with the Restaurant General Manager.
• Be available to work across different restaurant locations as business needs require.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of SSCE, National Diploma (ND), HND, or Bachelor's degree. A qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a multi-outlet food retail, restaurant, hospitality, or service business.
• Demonstrated ability to manage shifts, supervise teams, and achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of financial reporting, cost control, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and basic financial analysis.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to motivate employees and maintain high service standards.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, accountability, and ethical conduct.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and move between restaurant locations when required.

Pay: ₦100,000.00 - ₦120,000.00 per hour
