Unit HR

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for clinical, paramedical, nursing, and non-medical positions.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate hiring, salary negotiations, and onboarding.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies within defined TAT

HR Operations:

• Manage employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
• Maintain employee records, HRIS, personnel files, and HR documentation.
• Ensure timely issuance of appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR communications.
• Monitor attendance, leave management, and shift-related HR activities.

Employee Engagement & Relations:

• Build a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
• Address employee grievances and resolve workplace issues professionally.
• Conduct employee feedback sessions and support performance discussions.
• Organize employee welfare programs, celebrations, and recognition activities.

Statutory Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations.
• Coordinate with Payroll for attendance validation and salary inputs.
• Support audits and maintain statutory HR documentation

HR Reporting:

• Prepare recruitment MIS, manpower reports, attrition reports, and HR dashboards.
• Track recruitment TAT, employee headcount, and attrition metrics.
• Present HR reports to the Unit Head and Corporate HR.
