Unit HR Head

Key Responsibilities

• HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
• Recruitment & Hiring: Plan manpower requirements, oversee recruitment, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
• Employee Relations: Handle employee concerns, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflicts.
• Performance Management: Manage appraisal systems, performance reviews, promotions, and career development.
• Training & Development: Identify training needs and organize employee learning and development programs.
• Compensation & Benefits: Oversee salaries, incentives, benefits, payroll coordination, and compensation structures.
• HR Policies: Create, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
• Labour Law Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, statutory requirements, and company regulations.
• Employee Engagement: Develop initiatives for employee motivation, retention, workplace culture, and satisfaction.
• HR Operations: Supervise attendance, leave, employee records, HR documentation, and HR systems.
• Workforce Planning: Analyze staffing requirements, succession planning, and organizational structure.
• Management Support: Advise senior management on people-related issues and organizational decisions.
• HR Team Leadership: Lead and guide the HR department and allocate responsibilities among HR staff.
• Exit Management: Oversee resignations, termination procedures, exit interviews, and full-and-final settlements.
• HR Reporting: Prepare and present HR reports covering headcount, turnover, recruitment, absenteeism, performance, and other HR metrics.
