About the Role

If you work in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition, you already do the hardest part of this job — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and developing people. AXA Philippines AG is looking for people with exactly that background to build and lead their own team of financial advisors as a Team Manager.

This is not an HR or TA role inside AXA. You won't be filling someone else's headcount — you'll be building your own team, your own pipeline, and your own income, using the same skills you use today, backed by one of the world's leading insurance brands.

What You Will Do

• Recruit, screen, and onboard a team of licensed financial advisors — the same funnel discipline you run in HR, applied to your own business
• Conduct prospecting activities and build meaningful connections to attract quality recruits
• Design and run the training and coaching that gets new advisors production-ready
• Lead Joint Field Work (JFW) with your team to build their sales and recruitment skills hands-on
• Own monthly and cumulative targets for recruitment and active advisor count
• Attend required manager training and development programs
• Hold regular checkpoints with your Branch Head and Agency Development Manager
• Build a self-sustaining team that generates long-term passive income through overrides

About the Offer

This is not a salaried position. For 18 months, you receive a Performance Allowance of ₱50,000/month, tied to hitting your monthly targets. After month 18, the allowance ends — income from then on is your personal production commissions plus override commissions on your team's sales. If steady salary is the priority, this isn't the right fit. If you want to build a real income stream and a team using skills you already have, it is.

Who We Are Looking For

• Strongest fit: HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition experience combined with a sales or quota-carrying background — you already know how to find and develop people, and you know what it takes to close. That combination is rare and it's exactly what this role rewards.
• Also a strong fit: HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition experience without a sales background — the people-development instinct is the harder half to teach. Sales technique is trainable; we'll train it.
• Passion for people and a genuine interest in helping others achieve financial freedom

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Coachable, honest, and results-driven

Experience
