About the role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Unit Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building and developing a high-performing team of advisors while driving recruitment, productivity, and overall business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, train, and continuously develop financial advisors.
• Monitor team targets, performance, and daily activities to ensure consistent productivity.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to help advisors achieve their goals.
• Develop and implement strategic programs that support team expansion, sales growth, and manpower development.
• Leverage social media platforms, job portals, and other digital channels to expand recruitment reach and promote hiring initiatives.
• Create and implement activities that improve advisor engagement, productivity, and retention.
• Build a positive and performance-driven team culture focused on continuous growth.
