Store Manager (Full-Time)

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of a popular escape room company in San Francisco. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and confident leading a team in a dynamic environment.

The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing staff performance, maintaining operational standards, supporting guest satisfaction, and ensuring the location runs smoothly day-to-day.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations and shift execution
• Lead, coach, and support staff members
• Handle scheduling and staffing coordination
• Ensure high standards of customer service
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and operational efficiency
• Complete administrative and operational tasks on time
• Communicate effectively with upper management
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee development

Qualifications:

• Previous management or leadership experience required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, professional, and self-motivated
• Comfortable managing teams and holding employees accountable
• Hospitality, entertainment, or customer service experience is a plus

Schedule:
This is a full-time position. While scheduling can be flexible, weekend availability is required as part of the role.

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
