Unit Manager

An AXA Unit Manager leads and develops a team of financial advisors while running a semi-independent agency branch. This role focuses on recruitment, mentorship, and driving team sales performance rather than just managing individual clients.Core Responsibilities

• Team Recruitment: Source, interview, and onboard new financial advisors to expand the unit's headcount.
• Coaching & Mentorship: Train advisors on financial planning, product sales, and handling client objections.
• Sales Production Management: Monitor, drive, and meet the collective sales targets (Annualized Premium Equivalent or APE) of the unit.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure all team members adhere to regulatory guidelines set by AXA and the Insurance Commission.

Key Requirements

• Proven Track Record: Usually requires a minimum of 1–2 years of high-performing insurance sales experience (often as an AXA Financial Advisor).
• Licensing: Must possess active traditional and VUL (variable life) insurance licenses from the Insurance Commission.
• Leadership Capabilities: Strong skills in public speaking, talent acquisition, strategic planning, and interpersonal relations.

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
