Responsibilities of a Unit Manager:

· Oversee the daily operations of your designated unit, ensuring optimal care for all residents.

· Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of nursing staff to provide the highest level of patient care.

· Develop, implement, and review care plans, adjusting them to meet the evolving needs of residents.

· Collaborate with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

· Manage staffing, scheduling, and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Qualifications of a Unit Manager

· Active RN license in the state of New Jersey.

· Previous leadership or management experience in a healthcare setting (preferred).

· Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.

· Experience in long-term care or geriatrics is a plus.

· A commitment to delivering compassionate, person-centered care.
