Role: Unit Manager - Field Sales

Role Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented female candidates who are interested in sales and field-based roles. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and driving life insurance business directly from the market, with a focus on ULIP and other life insurance products.

Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly,and annual business targets.
• Source new customers and generate business through direct market activities.
• Promote and sell Life Insurance products, primarily ULIP plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Identify potential customers through networking, referrals, and field activities.
• Plan and execute strategies for procuring new policies and expanding the customer base.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and servicing.

Requirements:

* Female graduates (Freshers and experienced candidates can apply).

* Interested in sales and field-based roles.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Willing to travel locally for business development.

* Local candidates with Kannada-speaking proficiency preferred.

* Experience in Life Insurance, Insurance Sales, or Financial Services will be an added advantage.

* Exposure to business development and customer acquisition preferred
