Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Unit Manager (SA2) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, leading, and managing a team of Sales Agents while promoting St. Peter Life Plans. This is a great opportunity for individuals who want to develop leadership skills and earn unlimited income in a flexible work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Agents
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets
• Promote and sell St. Peter Life Plans to clients
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance support
• Monitor team productivity and sales performance
• Assist team members in closing sales
• Submit regular reports on recruitment and sales activities

Qualifications:

• At least 18 years old
• Senior High School / College Graduate
• With sales experience (training provided)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Active on social media platforms
• Willing to work in a commission-based setup

Compensation & Benefits:

• Up to 40% Commission Income
• Override income from team sales

Pay: Php14,064.57 - Php48,275.56 per month
