Job Summary

Purpose of Role: To contribute to the growth & Profitability of theorganisation, by delivering parts with right quality and quantiy on time withlow cost, to produce various vehicle models, through efficientuse of resources by promoting TEI & continual improvements with maintaining "2. Role Description".

Role Description / Responsibilities

• Daily review of critical parts for production & takecounter measures to meet 100% production plan
• Identify constraints / capacity issue for the firm andtentative production plan ( N+1, N+2 ) and work on bridging the gaps
• New Product capacity audit / ramp-up for common parts
• Conduct PDCA on MPCP and policy targets
• Identify gap in procurement system and do improvementprojects
• Development of people ( Group leaders and team leaders ) Journey cycle ( supplier visit)
• Performance review for Group leader / Team leader ( Targetsetting etc ) TEI / QCC / SIT training and presentations
• Maintain optimal Inventory of parts
• highest level of customer enlitement
