Unit Manager- RN

Position: Unit Manager - RN/LPN Location: Madison, WI Shift: Full-time Compensation : Salary + ALL benefits Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee nursing staff and daily clinical operations.
• Ensure quality resident care and compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate nursing staff.
• Maintain nursing standards and manage departmental budgets.
• Ensure compliance with Wisconsin regulations, Medicare, and Medicaid requirements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of RN or LPN experience.
• Current Wisconsin RN or LPN license.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and survey requirements.
