Medcare Hospitals Medical Centres is looking for Unit Nursing Lead - Nursing to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

• Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff within the assigned unit, including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and nursing assistants, to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate patient care
• Coordinate and supervise nursing activities, including patient assessments, medication administration, treatments, and discharge planning, to promote optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, therapists, social workers, and case managers, to develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and treatment goals
• Monitor and evaluate nursing care delivery, patient acuity, and unit workflow to identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency enhancements, and resource utilization optimization
• Conduct regular rounds on patients and nursing staff to assess patient satisfaction, address patient concerns, and provide feedback and support to nursing team members
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing staff, providing guidance, education, and clinical supervision to promote professional growth, competency development, and evidence-based practice
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, nursing policies, and quality improvement initiatives related to patient safety, infection control, documentation, and accreditation requirements
