Role & responsibilities

• Recruit new Life Insurance Advisors (agents) through referrals, networking, and local sourcing and onboard advisors. ensure completion of licensing (IRDAI), training, and documentation.
• Coach and mentor advisors, conduct daily huddles, joint field work, and motivate advisors to improve activity levels and productivity
• Achieve the business target each month.
• Drive focus on quality parameters (persistency, sales quality, product mix)
• Exercise due diligence at first level to prevent unauthorized/ fraudulent transactions

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate candidates with experience In BFSI

Experience in customer facing roles

Ability to work in field-intensive roles

Good communication in local language
