Unit Sales Manager - SME Non-Motor

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets for non-motor insurance products such as health, general, fire, marine, motor insurance etc.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase agency channel sales revenue through agent recruitment and development.
• Build strong relationships with existing clients to upsell/cross-sell relevant insurance policies.
• Identify new business opportunities by networking within the community and industry associations.
• Monitor performance metrics to optimize sales processes and improve results.
