Job Description – Bar Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and service-focused Bar Supervisor to oversee daily bar operations and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily bar operations and staff.
• Ensure high standards of beverage preparation, presentation, and service.
• Train, guide, and monitor bartenders to maintain service standards.
• Manage beverage inventory, stock levels, ordering, and wastage.
• Monitor costs and support efficient and profitable operations.
• Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with other F&B teams for smooth daily operations.
• Ensure an excellent guest experience through efficient and professional service.

Experience: 4–6 years in bar/F&B operations, preferably with supervisory experience.

Key Skills: Team leadership, beverage knowledge, inventory control, customer service, cost control, communication, and problem-solving.
