• Experience with particle systems and VFX
• Good understanding of lighting, rendering and optimization
• Experience optimizing games for Android/iOS
• Understanding of mobile performance optimization
• CPU/GPU optimization
• Draw calls
• Batching
• Memory optimization
• Object pooling
• Profiling
• Experience with Git/version control
• Ability to write clean, scalable and maintainable C# code

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality Unity games.
• Implement gameplay mechanics, UI, animations, VFX and game systems.
• Create and integrate custom shaders and visual effects.
• Optimize games for mobile devices.
• Debug and resolve technical and performance issues.
• Work closely with designers and artists to bring game concepts to life.
• Build reusable and scalable gameplay systems.
• Participate in prototyping and rapid game development.
• Prepare builds and help with testing and publishing.

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who is more than just a gameplay programmer — someone who understands the complete Unity development pipeline, from gameplay and architecture to animation, shaders, rendering, VFX and optimization.
